Southminster-Steinhauer United Church
Kiss Hunger Goodbye
As a community who seeks to make a difference in the world, Southminster-Steinhauer United Youth recognize the need to be active both in working with area food banks to alleviate hunger, and to work together to tackle the root causes of that hunger. In this way, we’ve been learning and working toward confronting the complex social issues, personal and global decisions, and systemic economic challenges that face hungry Edmontonians with a sense of justice and compassion. Building a Hershey’s Kiss recognizes our desire to show CANpassion and kindness with something that expresses our love for the simple acts that we can all perform, while we work in many ways to “KISS HUNGER GOODBYE.”
